Last week, like many other very concerned constituents, I called Congressman Tom Kean Jr.’s office to ask if he would call for an independent investigation into the shootings of American citizens in Minneapolis. The staff person answering the phone said that he had not had a chance to speak with Rep. Kean about this (somewhat disturbing in itself) but that Rep. Kean would respond to my question.
