Masquerade Murder Mystery, A Joint Fundraiser Temple Sholom & Hearts for Emma. Evening wear & Venetian masks encouraged. At the Billionaires’ Club Annual Masquerade Ball, the soft rustle of silks & feathers were the last sound heard by the unexpectedly deceased guest. With every identity hidden, unmasking the killer won’t be easy. It’s up to you to uncover the guilty party, deliver justice and save the night. January 24 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $54 per person. Breakfast With The Bands, January 24, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The Fanwood-Scotch Plains Rotary Club, the SPF Music Department, and the SPF Music Boosters are initiating a new event, Breakfast With The Bands in the SPFHS cafeteria. It’s going to be a blast with five school bands participating. The performing bands are: SPFHS Moonglowers, SPFHS Jazz, SPFHS Rhythmsense, Terrill Jazz Band, Nettingham Jazz Band. The breakfast includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, fruit, coffee, tea and juice. Tickets are available at www.fsprotary.org. Tickets purchased online are $10. Tickets purchased at the door are $12. The profits from the event will be split evenly between the FSP Rotary club and the SPF Music Boosters.

Choral Art Society of NJ Concert, Sunday, January 25, 2026 at 3 p.m. (Snow date Sunday, February 1st) Join us for ‘The Cohort’, a concert exploring the shared musical lineage of great British composers. The program features works by Charles Villiers Stanford and several of his students, including Gustav Holst, Ralph Vaughan Williams, Herbert Howells, and Samuel Coleridge Taylor, as well as contemporaries, George Dyson, Rebecca Clarke, and John Ireland. The mostly a cappella concert will take place at The Presbyterian Church in Westfield, 140 Mountain Avenue, Westfield. General Admission tickets are $35. A discounted ticket price of $30 is offered to seniors (65 and older) and students (18 and older) if purchased in advance. Youth under 18, Families First and WIC card holders are admitted free. Breakfast With The Bands, Saturday, February 28, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The Rotary Club of Westfield’s signature event returns to Westfield High School. Now in its 59th year, the annual fundraiser to benefit the scholarship fund and grants program will feature bands from Roosevelt, Edison and Westfield High School. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the door.
