SCOTCH PLAINS — The Scotch Plains-Fanwood Board of Education met Thursday to discuss a range of topics including the cost of transportation and construction and the impact of increased enrollment. The Board also honored the District’s newly tenured teachers at a special celebration earlier in the evening. Vice President Tonya Williams was absent from the meeting.
