I paused my newly acquired internalized censor,whichwagsitsfingerwhenever I slip and say the “taboo” words: diversity, inclusion, or equity (DIE). A reflective pivot prompted me to wonder if that trio of words had DIEd, and is now replaced by uniformity, exclusion, and inequality.
