I’m proud to write this letter in full support of Jeremy Berman, for Mayor of Westfield.

Jeremy and I grew up together— best friends for as long as I can remember. We were constantly competing in sports whether in little league or on the school playground and always pushing each other to be better. And no matter what team we were on, Jeremy was the one that people looked up to—he was always a captain, always a leader. Even then, you could see his ability to bring people together, to rally a group around a shared goal, and to do it with focus and heart.

We lost touch through college and the years after, but we reconnected here in Westfield, completely by chance. It felt like no time had passed. We quickly became close again, and I’ve seen the incredible person he’s grown into.

Jeremy is one of the smartest and most driven people I know. He’s always had big ideas, but more importantly, he knows how to execute those ideas. He understands how to coach a team, how to motivate people, and how to get things done—not just in theory, but in practice.

Westfield is lucky to have someone like Jeremy stepping up to lead. I truly can’t imagine a better person to help move our town forward. His vision, his integrity, and his ability to bring people together make him exactly the kind of mayor Westfield needs.

I hope you’ll join me in supporting Jeremy for Mayor.
