In March, as we continue working through budget season, Garwood Council will continue to ensure that Garwood remains the best value in Union County for its residents. As costs continue to rise, our Finance Committee is looking for ways to maintain our steady low tax impact and is reviewing efficiencies with our Borough Officials to reach that goal. We want to make sure your services and quality of life increase, while balancing that with the truths of rising insurance and utility costs. Through grants, the use of technology, shared services, along with good old-fashioned belt-tightening, Garwood will make sure your services remain top-notch while we work to maintain a stable impact.
