Making College Affordable, Tuesday, September 24 at 7 p.m. Jodi Bloom, a Certified College Funding Specialist, will present “Making College Affordable” at the Westfield Memorial Library. Also the founder of Cornerstone College Solutions, Jodi will educate parents and students about funding for college. She will cover a variety of options, including 529 plans, FAFSA, Financial Aid, Merit Aid, and strategies to help parents save for their child’s future education and position their child for discounts on college tuition. Plus, she will talk about the changes in the world of college funding.
Teen Advisory Group, Tuesday, September 24 from 6 to 6:45 p.m. The Teen Advisory Group (TAG) to library the will meet. TAG is open to all Westfield teens who are interested in proposing and planning programs for teens and tweens, or who wish to provide input on books, other materials, or services they would like to see in the Young Adult Department.
