CRANFORD — The potential redevelopment of the former E.F. Britten site at 24 South Avenue West in Cranford took another step forward as the Township’s Planning Board deemed the property a ‘non condemnation area in need of redevelopment’ at its meeting last Wednesday. All members of the Board were present, with Commissioner Gina Black in attendance. Mayor Kathleen Miller Prunty was absent, and no members of the public attended the hearing to ask questions about the property study.
