FANWOOD – Following more than 30 minutes of comments by nearly a dozen residents—all of them in opposition— the Borough Council on Monday unanimously passed an Ordinance to update the Borough’s existing policy related to retroactive tax abatements for some of the significant development projects along the South Avenue corridor.
