GARWOOD — Garwood Mayor Jen Blumenstock announced that the Borough will now host its own Tuesday night summer concert series on the patio at the Vermella 450 South Avenue. The inaugural events can now take advantage of the Council’s newly passed food truck ordinance, which received full approval at its June 11 meeting. All members of the Council were present, and Business Administrator John Arthur was absent from the meeting.
