CLARK — The Clark Council adopted an ordinance to regulate motorized bicycles and scooters Monday night in alignment with new State-level regulations. Riders within the Township limits will now be required to register their vehicles, carry liability insurance, and possess either a valid driver’s license or a special moped license that can be issued to 15- and 16- year olds through the Motor Vehicle Commission.
