Thilly v. Cranford Now in Judges’ Hands
CRANFORD – On March 27, the Township of Cranford proposed an Order to dismiss the case of Thilly v. The Township of Cranford, et al. Judge Evelyn Padin and Magistrate Judge Michael A. Hammer received the final written arguments from both sides on April 13 and are currently deciding which way the lawsuit will proceed.
