SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD – The Scotch Plains-Fanwood Board of Education filled a vacancy Tuesday night, appointing Christina St. Hillaire to the seat formerly held by Board President Evan Murray, who resigned on April 30. Following Ms. St. Hillaire’s election, Vice President Tonya Williams was voted in the President position and Curriculum and Instruction Committee Chair Stephanie Suriani was voted into the Vice President position.
