SUMMIT--AssemblymanAndrew Macurdy will introduce three bills to protect New Jerseyans from potentially harmful behavior and capabilities of artificial intelligence technology. The three common-sense measures are at the cutting edge of government response to the swift impact artificial intelligence is having on modern society. In the absence of comprehensive action by the federal government, the responsibility to enact sensible guardrails on unchecked artificial intelligence has increasingly fallen on the states.
