SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD — Scotch Plains-Fanwood Board of Education President Evan Murray announced his resignation from the Board after nearly twelve years of service, citing growing work obligations. Mr. Murray made the announcement at last Thursday’s Board meeting with all members present.
