MOUNTAINSIDE— At Tuesday night’s borough meeting, the Mountainside Council presented a plaque that honored two former council members, Marilyn and David Hart, who are deceased. The descendants of the Harts came to the meeting to attend this presentation of the plaque, which will be displayed at Borough Hall.
