WESTFIELD — The Downtown Westfield Corporation is facing a year of budget constraints despite receiving a roughly 8.5 percent increase in funding from the Town Council for 2026. The roughly $38,000 increase boosts the DWC budget to $452,135.00 for the year, according to the Town’s approved budget.
