WESTFIELD — Westfield developer Ralph Rapuano gained approval from the Town’s Planning Board Tuesday for two projects, both personal and professional. A new ‘wellness studio,’ Degree Wellness, will join Mr. Rapuano’s property at 500 Central Avenue. On the personal side, Mr. Rapuano presented plans to add to his property at 912 Bailey Court after striking a mutual deal with his neighbor. Fire Chief Michael Duelks was absent from the meeting.
