SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD — The Scotch Plains-Fanwood Public Schools is activating special funding for students facing housing instability, according to Business Administrator Christopher Jones and Director of Special Services Marisa Stefani, who updated the School Board at its reglular meeting last week. All members were present for the meeting.
