CLARK — MayorAngelAlbanese began Tuesday’s Township Council meeting by addressing the recent civil complaint filed against the township by NJ State Attorney General Matthew Platkin, along with the inciting incidents of racial bias from former Mayor Salvatore Bonoccorso and members of the Clark Police Department.
