WESTFIELD — The Westfield Zoning Board of Adjustment met Monday to approve four new applications for residential construction where homeowners sought to maximize their properties. Board members Michael Cohen, Jessica Giorgianni, Angela Knowles, Sasha Nisbet were absent from the meeting.
