SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD — The Scotch Plains-Fanwood Board of Education met Thursday, January 22, to approve a number of contracts connected to the LaGrande Elementary School refurbishment and to address ongoing capacity concerns throughout the district. All members were present for the meeting.
