Del Val Stops Raiders in Grid Finale, 27-15
Finding a chink in the Raiders’ defensive armor worked out well for the visiting Delaware Valley football Terriers during a consolation game against the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Raiders on October 30. With the score tied, 7-7, the 6-4 Terriers went to the air for a touchdown in the second quarter then added two more touchdown receptions in the second half to claim a 27-15 victory over the 2-7 Raiders.
