SUMMIT AREA – On Tuesday, November 4th at 9:30 a.m., the Summit Area Old Guard will hear Estelle Fournier and Vivian Furman Rubin tell us about the volunteer-based city organization, Summit Public Arts (SPA), whose mission is to bring art to the public spaces throughout the city. Since 2002, SPA has installed over one hundred pieces of temporary art throughout the community, including artists of national and international renown. Their work has led to Summit being recognized as one of the seven “New Jersey Towns with Great Art Scenes.”
