No. 9 Raiders Rout Union, 5-1; Edge Cougar Boys, 2-1, in 2 OT
Scotch Plains turned out to be a very hostile environment for the visiting Union Farmers when they were handed a resounding 5-1 defeat by the No. 9-ranked Raiders on September 16. Two days later, the Raiders traveled to Memorial Field in Cranford and were taken to the limit but managed to return home with a 21, two overtime victory.
