WESTFIELD — The Westfield Zoning Board discussed multiple scenarios facing residents who presented at the Monday meeting, including requiring safety measures for businesses with outdoor seating, homeowner and consumer protection, and variances measuring within millimeters of meeting building code. Board members Paul Eilbeicher and Sasha Nisbet were absent from the meeting.
