WESTFIELD — The Westfield Board of Education held a special meeting Tuesday to review results from the district’s New Jersey Graduation Proficiency Assessment (NJGPA) and Access for ELLs (English Language Learner) testing. Board President Rob Benacchio, Brendan Galligan, Julie Steinberg, and Mary Wickens were absent.
