Temporarily without the availability of several of their key personnel, the remainder of the St. Wolfgang squad were quite aware that they were in Dire Straits and would not be the “Sultans of Swing” ( bats that is) when they faced St. Vincent in a St. Bart’s Oldtimers Men’s Softball League doubleheader at Brookside Park in Scotch Plains on July 24.
