Blue Devil Nine Won Section, Group 4 Semi, Finished 20-7
Having graduated three of four starting pitchers from last year may have been of some concern for the Westfield High School baseball team. But that concern quickly ended when the Blue Devils won their first seven games and set the stage for a season that would claim a North Jersey, Section 2, Group 4 championship, a Group 4 semifinal win and a 20-7 overall record.
