WESTFIELD — The Westfield Board of Education spent nearly two hours in executive session during Tuesday’s meeting discussing issues related to Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB). The board’s first private session ran nearly 40 minutes overtime, and President Rob Benacchio told attendees that the group would break for a second session before voting on HIB agenda items.
