AREA — The New Jersey Office of the Attorney General (AG) has filed charges against the propertymanagement companies behind the Vermella in Garwood, Cranford Crossing and Duncan Hill in Westfield for allegedly colluding with other large-scale landlords from across the state to manipulate the real-estate market and inflate rent prices throughout the region.
