MOUNTAINSIDE – Since the Winter months, Mountainside residents have been experiencing incidents of rusty, discolored and foul smelling water. Residents say the issue has spread to kitchen sinks, dishwashers, washing machines, bathtubs, showers and even drinking fountains.
