WESTFIELD — The Westfield Board of Adjustment hosted a special Zoom session on Tuesday to hear from the estate of Carl Villane about a proposed new home at 694 Rahway Avenue, but Chairman Matt Sontz quickly announced that the hearing would be postponed until further notice.According to Mr. Sontz, both the estate of Carl Villane and a group of surrounding homeowners have obtained legal representation in order to “see what they can work out before they come back to the board.”
