Library, MLK Association Plan Volunteer Service Fair
WESTFIELD — January is viewed as a time of new beginnings and resolutions, but it also is a month for volunteerism and the chance to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., who said, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’” The Westfield Memorial Library and the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Association of Westfield will give people the opportunity to answer that question for themselves this Sunday, January 12, between 2 and 4 p.m., when they host the library’s Second Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service Volunteer Fair in the Meeting Room of the library.
