CLARK — The Clark Public School District has announced that three of its teachers recently were recognized by the New Jersey Department of Education as Exemplary Educators of the Year through the 2024 New Jersey Exemplary Educator Program. The honorees include Kayla Rodrigues, a special- education teacher at Frank K. Hehnly Elementary School; Christopher Raguseo, a physical-education teacher at Valley Road Elementary School, and Anthony DelConte, a mathematics teacher at Arthur L. Johnson High School.
