SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD — A memorial scholarship has been established in Phil Orsini’s memory through the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Scholarship Foundation. Phil was a 1998 graduate of Westfield High School and a member of the WHS baseball team from 1995 to 1998. In recent years, he was a resident of Scotch Plains, where he was a coach and active leader in the Scotch Plains-Fanwood PAL Softball League.
