Blue Devils Bomb Minutemen With Aerial Grid Attack, 37-21
Phillipsburg’s impressive victory over Westfield on September 6 may have taught a grim lesson but the Blue Devils learned it well when they hosted the 2-0 Elizabeth Minutemen at Gary Kehler Stadium in Westfield on September 15. Despite being listed as the underdogs, the Blue Devils unloaded with a dominant aerial attack, while adding a consistent ground game, to deliver a 37-21 defeat to the Minutemen and to earn first-year Head Coach Matt Andzel his first career victory.
