New Four-Way Stops Approved for Two South-Side Intersections
WESTFIELD — Two busy Westfield intersections — one of which sees a lot of foot traffic due to its proximity to Jefferson Elementary School — will be converted to fourway stops over the course of the coming weeks to promote better pedestrian safety.
