U. of Tampa Dean’s List Includes 11 Residents

TAMPA, Fla. — The University of Tampa has honored 2,217 students who were named to the Dean’s List for the Fall 2023 semester. Students must maintain a GPA of 3.75 or higher to be eligible for the Dean’s List. The following 11 local residents were among those recognized.

Daniella Beshar of Cranford, a junior majoring in Advertising and Public Relations-BA; Layla Campbell of Cranford, a sophomore majoring in Advertising and Public Relations-BA; Kyra Ford of Mountainside, a sophomore majoring in Journalism-BA; Noah Lipkind of Westfield, a senior majoring in Advertising and Public Relations-BA; Zara Mendes of Cranford, a sophomore majoring in Communication and Media Studies-BA; Olivia Pedicine of Clark, a junior majoring in Graphic Design-PRE; Allison Schwartz of Mountainside, a junior majoring in Communication and Speech Studies-BA; Madeleine Smith of Scotch Plains, a freshman majoring in Nursing BSN-PRE; Matthew St. George of Cranford, a senior majoring in Cybersecurity-BS; Bianca Valente of Fanwood, a freshman majoring in International Business and Marketing-BS; Danielle Wester of Scotch Plains, a freshman majoring in Psychology-BA.

The University of Tampa is a private, comprehensive university located on 110 acres on the riverfront in downtown Tampa. The university has about 200 programs of study, at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and serves more than 11,000 students from 50 states and most of the world’s countries.
