Three-Story Apartment Bldg. OK’d for North Avenue
WESTFIELD—TheWestfieldPlanning Board voted unanimously to accept a proposal for a preliminary/final major site plan for the construction of a three-story, 29-unit apartment complex at 474-500 NorthAvenue East, the current site of Out Run Your Fork and several other commercial establishments. On Monday, the board found the project to be consistent with the master plan with one minor setback variance. The plan includes parking in the rear and a rest area in the front.
