COUNTY — Two-year-old Aviana Bradley-Dupree grinned across the crowded room, clutching a balloon animal in one hand and a chocolate-chip cookie in the other. “Mommy!” she giggled. “Mommy, look!” Her adoptive mothers, Tamika Jones and Adrienne Dupree, grinned back.
