WESTFIELD — The Optimist Club of Westfield held its annual Halloween Parade on October 22 in Mindowaskin Park. The parade featured entertainment provided by the Westfield High School Marching Band, roaming costumed characters and multiple other activities in conjunction with the Westfield Police Department’s “Trick or Treat” event. The Halloween Parade and “Trick or Treat” event were planned for children from pre-school through intermediate school.
