COUNTY — The Union County Board of County Commissioners granted its final approval to a $46million bond ordinance last week that will be used to improve the local infrastructure, build a new parking deck for county employees near the administrative complex in Elizabeth and finance the acquisition of new telecommunications equipment and departmental vehicles.
