Blue Devils Top SPF, Drop Next Two in Girls Tennis
The Westfield High School girls tennis team opened its season with a 5-0 shutout of the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Raiders at Tamaques Park in Westfield on September 5. The very next day, the No. 5 Ridge Red Devils handed the Blue Devils a 5-0 setback also at Westfield. On September 9, No. 13 Holy Angels nipped the Blue Devils, 3-2.
